NNI is owned by a degreed paralegal with years of experience working for a real estate attorney and title agent. I am familiar with all aspects of title work, from creating the Contract, to processing and closing the deal. I possess extensive knowledge of all aspects of loan document closings, from Purchase transactions to refinances, including HELOC and CLIP loans. I'm also a Certified Reverse Mortgage Specialist.
I have many certifications throughout the Industry: NSA, CSA, RSA. I also have a completed background check through Lexis Nexis in compliance with the Graham-Leach Bliley Act and have received governmental certifications regarding compliance with Privacy Act issues.
